This video provides a quick overview of how to navigate your PS3 Dashboard from Fleet Management to Carbon Credit Revenue
Learn more about your reports, payments, and how to use PineSpire’s online dashboard tool
PineSpire is pleased to provide our customers complete transparency and access to all of your fleet data through our PS2 platform. The following information can help you navigate the tools available on PS2.
How Your Revenue is Calculated
Your dashboard will show your Market Rate Revenue Share in the bottom left of your screen at all times.
The Reports page will show you all of the factors used to calculate your revenue, as follows:
[(Carbon Credits) x (Credit Price) – (REC Cost) ] x (Revenue Share)= Carbon Credit Revenue
**Be sure to view the start quarter and end quarter for the time period you would like to see the Revenue calculation for. The default view is over the entire period you have been a PineSpire customer.**
Analysis Tools
The reports and inventory pages are designed to give you multiple ways to view and access your data:
- Time Period Filter: You can choose the start and end quarter for any view.
- Equipment Type Filter: This filter allows you to see a distribution of energy use, revenue, and Carbon Credits by vehicle type
- Export Data: Select ‘Export’ at the top of the table and it will send all of the data shown, for the time period shown, to a CSV file for you to further analyze.
- Share Report: This button will create a custom link that shows the report, customized to the time period and equipment you have selected. You can share this link with anyone else in your organization that has a login to the platform. Additionally, you can share Revenue Statements with your accounting team for each payment you receive through the ‘share report’ link.
Definitions
The following key metrics on your Report home page are defined below.
- Carbon Credit Revenue: The total revenue you have received from PineSpire for your Carbon Credits

Note that the values shown depend on the time period and equipment type you have selected. The default view is over the entire period you have been a PineSpire customer. Future credit projections are not shown.
